"Your technician is a great asset. Great service - he knows his stuff and how to get the job done. Great service. "

How can you offer a 112% guarantee? We demand that our technicians be safe, courteous and professional in how they do their work and how they treat your home. 99.9% of the time customers are completely satisfied and happy to call us again when they need prompt, professional service. If the rare time comes when you are not satisfied…we'll gladly make it right. Knowing how fair and friendly The Wire Guys are, maybe you’ll even give us another try and tell your friends about us!

Why do you charge a $59 dispatch fee on the first visit? Our technicians are serious about your work and your appointment time. On the very first visit we not only offer a firm price in writing, but with our warehouse-on-wheels, can often do the work right then and there. The dispatch fee covers operating costs so that our people can take all the time you need to schedule and service the work at your home. And remember, if we’re more than an hour past our scheduled appointment, we pay you $59 for the hassle!

What if we don’t have the money right now, but need the work done immediately? Whether it’s an emergency repair or large scale project, there’s no need for you to worry. We take all major credit cards and never over-charge. If you don't have a credit card or high enough credit line, we’ll work with you to come up with a payment plan you can afford.

How quickly can you complete my electrical work? It depends on the size of the job, but our trucks are loaded with thousands of parts so we can get it done as quickly and efficiently as possible. On our first visit you get a firm, written price quote. And if you’re ready, we can often do the work that very day—so you don’t have to free up another day in your busy schedule.

What if your cost is higher than another electrician? Many contractors bid low to get the job. But this doesn't mean they include everything in their estimate like we do. Our technicians give you the full written cost in advance, before any work is started. And with our warehouse-on-wheels, we have the parts you need to avoid costly delays and multiple visits that other electricians count on.

What exactly does your warranty cover? Our extended warranty is the best in the business, covering both materials and labor. We don’t argue with or second-guess our customers, so if any work fails within one year, we repair it for free, at your convenience!

Do your employees go through background screening? Before being hired, our technicians go through rigorous background checks and drug testing. We continue with random drug testing after they’re hired so you can count on the ultimate safety for your home, family and valuables.

What does your 99.9% customer satisfaction really mean ? We request customer feedback on each invoice, and these scores are averaged directly from their count. In reality, the response is 100% positive, but we subtract the 0.1% to leave room for error or future grumblers. The few customers who actually needed refunds or work redone were so pleased in the end that they are sometimes our best referrals!

Does anyone care about what I think? We do! Attached to every invoice is a card requesting just that, along with a $25 coupon for thanks. The testimonials on this site come right off those cards, so look around and see what others are saying...
